About Kasali
Kasali is an adaptive calisthenics app — not another one-size-fits-all routine or a generic coach that hands everyone the same plan. It starts with a quick check-in to assess where you are, then builds a custom workout around that. You can tweak it further whenever you want, so every session actually fits the body that showed up.
It is built for two kinds of people: anyone who wants to learn a specific calisthenics skill — from your first pull-up to a full planche — and anyone who simply wants to track their calisthenics workouts and stay consistent. Each skill sits on a connected path, so you always know what you are ready for and what comes next, and every exercise comes with a comprehensive guide so you know exactly how to do it.
A calendar tracker keeps you showing up, and a streak rewards consistency without punishing you for living your life. Need a break? Take an optional rest or recovery day, filled with custom stretches chosen to help you recover and come back stronger. And if you lift too, flip on weightlifting tracking in settings and log traditional lifts right alongside your bodyweight work.
Kasali is built by a small team of athletes who spent years stuck on the same moves before they had a real path. We made the tool we wish we had — adaptive, customizable, and built around showing up — and we are opening it to everyone ready to stop guessing and start progressing.
